About Beatriz
My current work as a physics graduate student consists of building an experiment that will allow for a better understanding of Particle Physics. Through simulations, a variety of experimental setups and theoretical calculations I am able to tackle the challenges that come along the way. The resolution of these intellectual puzzles is a task for a broader scientific community, which I like to inform about my progress, motivate, lead and collaborate with. I relish sharing my knowledge with the new incoming graduate students and undergraduates joining our research group at UT Austin.
