About Lauryn
Hi! I work with dynamical modeling to study the formation of a theoretical phenomena called a Thorne-Żytkow object, which is a neutron star at the center of a red supergiant! As a graduate student at the University of Washington, I’m very interested in studying these stars within stars, but I also have a passion for education and outreach!
