About Allyson
Allyson Bieryla is the Manager of the Science Center Astronomy Lab and Telescopes at Harvard University and an Astronomer at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian. She is an observational astronomer who works with both photometry and spectroscopy. Her primary research interest is exoplanet follow-up to confirm and classify exoplanet systems. She has worked on both ground-based and space-based follow-up. She is also a passionate advocate for accessibility issues within the field and has worked on the development of sonfication tools for blind and low-vision individuals.
