About Amy
I am a graduate student studying the galactic dynamics of disk galaxies. I create simulations to inform theories of spiral arm evolution, which I compare with observational data. I am also interested in galactic bar evolution, chaotic dynamical systems, and coding hybrid tracer particle and n-body simulations. I enjoy stargazing, swimming, hiking with my dog, playing board games and D&D, and reading/writing fantasy and sci-fi.
