About Jessie
My research focuses on high energy astrophysical transients, which we analyse in real time with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory. These include gravitational wave transients, novae, supernovae, bright GRBs, and some others. Outside of research, I am passionate about science communication, and write for Astrobites. I like hanging out with my cat, Chili, and being outdoors biking, skiing, and swimming in the summer.
