About Karen
As a professor at a PUI, I am not deeply involved in research at this time, but my interests are generally in the field of numerical relativity. In particular, I am interested in modeling sources of gravitational waves. I am also trying to learn more about neutron star perturbations and equations of state. I am drawn to the elegance of spectral methods, and am happiest when I can apply them to the solution of the relevant differential equations.
