About Ruth
Ruth Murray-Clay is a Professor in the department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at UC Santa Cruz. She studies the formation and evolution of planetary systems, including the solar system, from a theoretical perspective. Her particular interests include planet formation, orbital dynamics, the structure and evolution of protoplanetary disks, atmospheric escape, and dynamics of objects in the outer solar system. https://murrayclay.astro.ucsc.edu
