About Sara
I am a doctoral candidate at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). My research is at the intersection of quantum many-body theory and condensed matter. Before this, I did work in soft matter physics and atmospheric chemistry. I am very passionate about social justice, in particular equity, diversity, and inclusion in the sciences. In my free time, I am a hot yoga teacher, and an avid reader, and I like to paint with oil on canvas.
